The City of Santa Cruz Earth Day booth will include special Street Smarts traffic safety ambassadors Mav’Riks, the Santa Cruz Warriors mascot, and Chipper the Chipmunk of the California Highway Patrol.

Mav will be teaching correct bike turn signals to youth and Chipper will be leading both kids and adults in Distracted Driving pledges. There will be Street Smarts reflective wristbands for the first 300 participants and official CHP stickers for all. Come and join in on the traffic safety fun!
